This Ethical Code Policy establishes the expected standards of behaviour for visitors to this website. Its goals are to:

Harassment: Unwanted, aggressive behaviour or language targeting an individual or group.

Hate speech: Content that vilifies a person or group based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, gender, religion).

Spam: Irrelevant or repetitive messaging, including unsolicited advertising.

Doxxing: Publicly revealing private or sensitive personal information without consent.

 

Our best practice

    • We endeavour to provide clear and educational information.
    • We will maintain a professional or friendly tone appropriate for our broad audience.
    • We don’t use profanity, all-caps, or aggressive punctuation (e.g. multiple exclamation points).
    • We acknowledge and respect cultural differences in communication styles.
    • Where practicable, we will cite sources, facts, or quotations. We will clearly label personal opinions (e.g., "In my experience..."). We aim to use proper grammar, spelling, and formatting to improve readability.

 

Privacy & data protection

    • We do not share personal or sensitive data (e.g., addresses, phone numbers) of any individual.

Prohibited behaviour on the website or during the Soma Yagna

The following are examples, but not limited to, the type of behaviour that is unacceptable when interacting with this website or more importantly, in the lead up, during and clear-up period of the Soma Yagna in London.
